Good cooking is our passion. Until our passion with the desire to share it with others enabling them to enjoy an excellent meal, we decided to open a restaurant. Following this desire we came upon the place that revealed all the characteristics we had in mind. Situated in the Tuscan hills near the historical town of Certaldo (a beautiful town to visit, where Boccaccia and Spalletti were born) in a rustic old farm house. It is small and cozy in the winter with an open terrace for breath taking dinners during summer in front of a breath taking sun set.
The kitchen is spacious and ha san original wood burning oven with grill for delicious olive bread, schiacciata (flat pizza bread savoured with olive oil and salt), crespelle
,beans, spare rib and the queen of all grills,”la Fiorentina”
steak .
Now all that is left i sto meet us, Enrico and Simona, at our Osteria di Casa Chianti. Parking is provided. Information The Osteria is situated on the round floor of the house and on the first floor there is a comfortable Bed & Breakfast.
